About the Firm
Fox Legal is a boutique consultancy based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa, specialising in mediation, risk management, regulatory and contract compliance and consulting.
The founder is an admitted attorney who, over his 20-year career, has held senior management positions at both mid-tier and ‘big four’ accounting firms. His extensive experience has taught him a few simple truths which form the basis of Fox Legal.
These include the following:

- Have strong associations with other service providers, rather than trying to be all things to all people

About the Founder
Gary Andrew has an industrial psychology degree and an LLB from Rhodes University. After completing his traineeship as a candidate attorney he was admitted as an attorney in 2001. He is an internationally accredited mediator with ADR International (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
Gary worked in London during the early part of his career before returning to South Africa and joining a mid-tier advisory firm as a legal advisor. During this time, he provided legal advice, conducted forensic investigations and compliance reviews.
Five years later he joined a ‘Big Four’ audit and advisory firm where he spent the next 12 years specialising in the fields of management consulting, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Working within large audit, tax and advisory practices provided Gary with extensive experience across a broad range of clients and services. As an associate
After 16 years he felt that it was time to start this own consultancy, and began Fox Legal.
